1. How long does an account set up take?
Account set up usually takes no longer than 15 minutes. All you need to do is create your company profile and add your jobs and you’re ready to go. You can contact support if you need help at any stage.
2. Subscriptions are based on active jobs. What does ‘active jobs’ actually mean?
Active jobs are the number of jobs that you can accept applications for at any one time. Once you have finished hiring for one job you can close/archive this job and open a new one. All information relating to a closed/archived job is stored within the system so you don’t lose any information.
3. How long can I access my candidates with the subscription plan?
All plans include unlimited access to candidates (applications against your jobs). You can access as many candidates as you like.
4. Is there a limit on how many candidates can apply to my job posting?
No, there is no limit as long as your job is active.
5. How long does it take to post a job?
Our simple job posting form should only take a few minutes to complete. You’ll need to include your job’s title, location, description, and the email address where you want to have applications sent.
6. How much will Hirebeen cost my company?
You can choose the right plan for your company. Whether you have one, three, five or fifty open positions, we have the right plan for you.
7. Can I switch plans?
