About Us We are a leading skincare brand looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining quality standards, and driving efficiency in our manufacturing processes. Job Overview As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our skincare production facility, including production planning, quality control, inventory management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities \- Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility operations and increase productivity \- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of products \- Manage and mentor a team of production staff \- Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure all products meet our high standards \- Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement \- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure smooth operations \- Manage inventory levels and oversee procurement of raw materials \- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations \- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, quality metrics, and operational efficiency to senior management \- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production facility Qualifications \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred \- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the cosmetics or skincare industry \- Proven track record of successfully managing a production facility and implementing process improvements \- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems \- Excellent leadership and team management skills \- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills \- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems \- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Additional Information \- Location: Chinhat Industrial Area near Shri Ramswaroop College, Lucknow \- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM(1 Saturday in the month working) \- Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience (to be discussed during the interview process) We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our organization.
