Key Responsibilities:

Be a hands-on recruiter with the ability to individually source, screen, and deliver candidates using modern passive sourcing techniques.

Mentor and guide the recruitment team—help them find talent for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

Take ownership so the team never says, “I’m not getting profiles.”

Drive improvements across key recruitment metrics: screening accuracy, interview-to-selection ratios, and offer-to-joiner conversions.

What We’re Looking For:

6+ years of hands-on technical recruitment experience.

Strong command over passive sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, X-ray search, and social media.

Deep knowledge of technology stacks, roles, and the IT hiring ecosystem.

Ability to influence, inspire, and lead by example—team-leading experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferably from a BE or technical background, though not a must. What matters most is your understanding of tech and your recruiting ability.
