Job Description:

Wipro Limited, a global leader in IT services and consulting, is looking for experienced Pega BPM Developers to join their dynamic team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Pega implementations and a strong understanding of BPM methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on application configuration and implementation, taking technical direction from the LSA.

Develop and manage workflows, user interfaces, activities, utilities, and decision rules.

Handle integration components using Pega's capabilities including Data Flows and Data Sets.

Work collaboratively with architects on design, integration planning, and effort estimations.

Provide technical mentoring and support to junior team members.

Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.

Troubleshoot issues using tools like Clipboard, Tracer, and Data Transforms.

Utilize PRPC reporting tools for report generation and data handling.

Understand and implement Pega methodologies in agile/SDLC environments.

Must-Have Skills:

CSSA Certification (Certified Senior System Architect)

5 to 10 years (based on band) of hands-on experience in Pega BPM

Solid experience with:

Data Flow and Data Sets

Integration techniques

Pega-specific rule types (correspondence, validation, integration)

Debugging and monitoring tools (Clipboard, Tracer, etc.)

Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Pega implementation practices

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Good to Have:

Exposure to AWS or cloud-based deployments
