Job Description

Job Purpose – Manage West Zone Branch MR operations team and ensure that they follow the process laid down with the primary focus on:

  1. On Boarding of new members
  2. Member Interactions
  3. Sales Login
  4. MAF to be sent to vendor
  5. Heart to Heart initiatives
  6. Member retention
  7. Reduce xln inflow
  8. Train the team and Sales staff on key parameters
  9. Improve member CAPS and CES scores
  10. Improve HFRP leads and conversions
  11. Better communication skills
  12. Improve team morale
  13. Follow TMW practices across branches
  14. Encourage team to participate and submit Kaizens for continual improvements
  15. Handle escalations if the Team Member is not able to manage the member
  16. Reduce dormancy and increase the eligible base
  17. Ensure all members of west zone moves to website and mobile app
  18. Need to meet member face to face
  19. Establish connect with member who have not holidayed and get them holiday.
  20. Accompany team member for field visits

Job Specification:

  • Educational Qualification – Graduation with rich experience in customer services
  • Experience Required - 5 to 10 years of Experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills required- 
  1. Product and Process Knowledge
  2. Excellent knowledge on the CRM package
  3. Persuasive, Negotiating and Influencing Skills
  4. Patience and Good Listening Skills
  5. Proactive approach
  6. Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  7. Analytics
  8. Strong Conceptualization Skills
  9. Decision Making Skills
  10. Team Management
  11. People Management
  12. Excellent Communication Skills
  13. Good knowledge of Excel
  14. Field visit exposure required.
  15. Member facing front.
