• Competency for Design, Develop & Train a complete end to end solutions on DOJO Platform includes Process, Design, Environmental & Safety Requirements
• Generating Training Need Identification for all employees, training budget & calendar requirements.
• Provide Induction training and on Job Training for associates and identifying multi-skilling opportunities and maintain Skill Matrix chart in accordance with Company’s Vision & Targets 
• Motivating employees on all pillars of Total Productive Maintenance, TPM Goals (Zero defect, Zero accidents, Zero Hazards, Zero Loss, Zero pollution, Zero Break down).
• Knowledge of Quality Check sheet, Loss sheet, Measuring Instruments as Micrometer, R&R Gauge, Vernier Caliper.
• Implementation of Quality circle, Team work in QC, Qc tools, Quality objects, HR SIS, Case study.
• Focused approach to develop the individuals as per industrial work culture (3G, 3K, 5S,3M,
• HHT, KYT, POKA YOKE, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE, 7 MUDAS).
• Content development for training. Preparation of Questionnaire and conducting test for training effectiveness and improvement of skill.
• Submit monthly report on training activities, trainees’ performance utilization etc. to the senior management.
• Review training content periodically and suggest revision/upgradation.
• Devise initiatives and corrective actions to improve the quality of training delivered.
