Role Overview
As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will architect, design, and build scalable, high-performance applications using ReactJS, Python, and Node.js. You will provide technical leadership across the front-end and back-end layers, mentor peers, and drive engineering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full-stack development lifecycle: requirements gathering, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces with ReactJS and related ecosystems (hooks, Redux, context, component libraries).
Develop performant, scalable Python and Node.js backend services and APIs (RESTful & GraphQL).
Design efficient data models and work with SQL/NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver features end-to-end.
Mentor and coach other developers; participate in code reviews, improve team skills, and instill best practices.
Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Enforce clean code principles, CI/CD pipelines, test coverage, and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in full-stack development roles.
Strong front-end expertise in ReactJS, component-based architecture, state management, and front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, linting, etc.).
Proficiency in Python (frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI) and Node.js (Express.js, NestJS, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience designing and building scalable, high-availability systems.
Competent with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., AWS Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
Proven leadership capabilities—guiding teams, upskilling developers, and delivering high-quality solutions on time.
Excellent problem-solver with strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in real estate (PropTech) or data-intensive domains.
Knowledge of GraphQL, automated testing frameworks, performance tuning, and monitoring tools.
