Icertis Functional Consultant

Role Overview

As an Icertis Functional Consultant, you will support the implementation of Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI/CLM) solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with senior consultants and project leads to gather requirements, configure modules, and assist in testing and deployment activities. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in functional configuration and a strong understanding of contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements support: Participate in client workshops to capture business needs and document functional requirements.
• Configuration execution: Configure ICI modules (templates, workflows, obligations, clause library) under guidance from senior consultants.
• Testing & validation: Prepare test scripts, execute SIT/UAT, and document results; assist in defect resolution.
• Deployment assistance: Support cutover activities, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Documentation: Maintain configuration documents, test cases, and contribute to reusable templates.
• Client interaction: Address functional queries and provide day-to-day support during implementation phases.
• Practice contribution: Share learnings and assist in building accelerators and knowledge base.

Skills & Qualifications (Must-have)

• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise application implementation.
• Exposure to Contract Management or Supply Chain applications.
• Participation in at least 1 full lifecycle enterprise implementation in a functional role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand business processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Icertis CLM configuration (authoring, workflows, templates).
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM integrations and e-signature platforms.
• Knowledge of procurement and legal contracting processes.
• Icertis certifications (Functional/Professional) are a plus.
