The ideal candidate will have a strong network in industrial real estate, logistics, and supply chain sectors, with expertise in structuring large lease transactions and strategic partnerships. |

Job Responsibilities | 1. Business Development & Leasing Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and asset utilization for returns. Identify and acquire new clients from 3PLs, e-commerce, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and other key industries. Negotiate lease terms, rental escalations, and commercial contracts with prospective clients for large deals. Build relationships with industrial real estate consultants (JLL, CBRE, Colliers, etc.) to generate leads.
2. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion Achieve revenue targets through lease structuring, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Identify new revenue streams such as value-added services (VAS), shared warehousing, and automation solutions.
3. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Conduct market research on rental trends, competitor activity, and demand-supply dynamics. Recommend pricing strategies based on competitor benchmarking and market demand. Track policy changes and incentives in logistics and warehousing to capitalize on new opportunities.
4. Stakeholder & Team Management Work closely with the operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless lease execution. Engage with government bodies and regulatory authorities for compliance and approvals. Lead and mentor the leasing team to drive performance and client engagement.
