Job Description
- Timely Overall control on operations consisting of 50+ plants with turnover of Cr 500 Cr.
- Adherence to credit policies & DOA, Audit, MCS controls standards.
- Credit control – credit limit review, collection review, PBDD collection, DSO control, control over documentation on POD, account reconciliation, balance confirmation, Bill wise knock off, initiating legal action against customers towards non-payment, proposal for bad debt write off.
- Plant operations control: Stock audit, P&L review & variance analysis, addressing vendor queries on accounts
- Month end provision, monthly closing of books of accounts of region, stock adjustment approval & entries.
- Balance Sheet Hygiene – GRIR review & ensuring timely bill submission, GST reconciliation & follow up with vendors to reduce mismatch, advance review and knocks, VIM query tracker foe timely resolution, provision review for timely booking.
- Periodical audit: Internal & external, MCS control testing & record maintenance, GST audit support
- Stakeholder management – training operations team on policy adherence & requirements, contact with customers & vendors on account related issues
- Team Management: Managing a team of 3-6 persons to achieve control over RMC operations in region.
