Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with 5–8 years of experience, specializing in Dremio, SQL, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data architecture, analytics, and reporting initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience with MongoDB is critical, along with working knowledge of other databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

Understand and modify database objects (collections, tables, views) based on evolving business needs.

Design and optimize complex SQL queries, troubleshoot performance issues, and resolve data-related problems raised by the development team.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand business and reporting requirements.

Create and manage datasets using Dremio, integrating both structured and semi-structured data sources.

Contribute to database design, including performance tuning, data modeling, and ensuring data quality across platforms.

Required Qualifications:

Strong proficiency with Dremio, SQL, and MongoDB—must be demonstrated in prior project experience.

Exposure to Databricks is a strong plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
