Job Title: Customer Service Associate – German Language (MMS - Media Markt Saturn)
Location: Jaipur, Mansarovar
Process: International | Blended (Voice & Email)
Job Description:
We are seeking highly proficient German-speaking Customer Service Associates to support international customers for Media Markt Saturn (MMS). The role requires excellent communication skills in German, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction through voice and email interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice and email channels effectively.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, orders, and services.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines in customer interactions.
- Work in rotational shifts to support international customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Language Proficiency: B2 and above certification in German with excellent verbal fluency
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of German customer service experience preferred
- Preference: Candidates based in Jaipur
Work Details:
- Working Days: 5.5 days a week
- Shifts: Rotational
- Rounds of Interview: HR ? Ops ? Client
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 9 LPA
- Cab Facility:
- Cabs provided during odd hours for female employees
- Cab allowance of ?180/day for male employees
