Job Description
Job Role:
The would be responsible for all aspects of technical evaluation of training infrastructure, TOT and capacity building of trainers, quality technical training providing requisite expertise to the trainees and periodic/ final assessment of the trainees.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
- Training Need Analysis and Solutions.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Client Interaction and solution development for training requirement.
- Create training programme that are aligned with the Clients objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are.
- Implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. coaching, online training, workshops and other trainings)
- Develop Content and Curriculum designing for short to long term programme
- Develop content for multiple sectors in association with SMEs
- Design and develop Assessments
- Assess the success of development plans
- Training evaluation and implementation.
- Own performance on all critical KPIs for the geography for all clients.
Skills:
The candidate should have -
- Exposure to manufacturing industry with in depth understanding of the manufacturing processes.
- Design, develop and monitor training programs to ensure training effectiveness
- Develop session plans to ensure learning effectiveness
- Develop content for on-site, centre based or on the job training models
- Design and develop creative Training Aids
- Previous exposure in Technical training quality and assessment system and understanding of Learning & Development (Training) function.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in Manufacturing' industry
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports
Travel: Would require frequent travels to training sites across states.
