Job Description

Candidates must have experience in Cement industry & responsible for PAN India sales 

Relocation will be preferred 

Profit & Loss Management - Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and market expansion. Identify and capitalize on high-potential opportunities to boost profitability. Driving business plans and revenues or EBITDA. Revenues and expense budgets both. 

Strategic Marketing Leadership - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for trade, non-trade, and techno sales & marketing. Align marketing goals with organizational objectives to drive growth and brand positioning. Manage digital and traditional marketing channels to ensure consistent messaging and outreach. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and customer needs.

Trade & Non-Trade Management - Drive sales through trade and non-trade channels, ensuring optimal distribution network performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional clients like builders, contractors and govt. projects. Formulate strategies to enhance market share and channel partner satisfaction.

Techno Sales - Oversee techno sales to provide value-added support to customers and stakeholders. Promote the technical superiority of products through innovative campaigns and engagement whereby generating sales/revenues. Lead training initiatives for technical teams to improve on-ground performance.

Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor, and inspire sales & marketing team to achieve organizational and individual goals. Provide regular updates to the senior management on market insights, challenges, and opportunities. Foster a high-performance culture by encouraging collaboration, innovation, and accountability. - Drive skill enhancement programs for the team to stay updated with industry trends.
