Junior Business Analyst (0–3 yrs)
Intermediate Business Analyst (3–7 yrs)
FBTI Intermediate Business Analyst (3–7 yrs, with FBTI experience)
Senior Business Analyst (8+ yrs, strong FBTI experience)

Role Highlights
1. Junior BA (0–3 yrs)
BA experience in banking/trade finance preferred
Documentation, testing, stakeholder coordination
Familiar with SQL, Excel, BDD tools (Cucumber/Gherkin)
2. Intermediate BA (3–7 yrs)
Strong skills in documentation, testing, user stories
Tools: SQL, Power BI, Visio, Jira, Confluence
FBTI exposure is a plus
3. FBTI Intermediate BA (3–7 yrs)
3+ yrs of direct FBTI experience (configuration, testing, support)
XML message handling, agile delivery, UAT
Strong communication and stakeholder skills
4. Senior BA (8+ yrs)
5+ yrs in FBTI, deep trade finance domain knowledge
Experience with Finastra coordination, API integration, project planning
Leadership and cross-functional team management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Business, or Finance
CBAP, CSM, or Agile certifications are a plus
Tools & Technologies
Finastra FBTI, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira
SQL, Excel, Power BI, Visio, Confluence
BDD tools: Cucumber, Gherkin, Xray
Education
