Job Description
Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM – L4 Support Specialist
Location: Mumbai
Must Have Experience: 12+ years total, with 8+ years in MS Dynamics CRM
ITIL Certification / Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices (Mandatory) – required for effective incident, problem, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert-level L4 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on issue resolution, performance optimization, and platform stability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, system admins, business analysts, vendors, and Microsoft support to troubleshoot complex CRM incidents.
Lead CRM incident escalations, oversee ticket triage, and ensure resolution within SLA.
Drive continuous service improvement through automation, workflow optimization, and proactive monitoring.
Support CRM implementations and act as a CRM architect with hands-on experience in PowerApps and Dynamics 365 integrations.
Required Skills:
Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 (configuration, customization, integration, architecture).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in CRM environments.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Certifications (Mandatory):
ITIL Certification / Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices – required for effective incident, problem, and change management.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred):
Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
Finance & Operations Apps Architect
Sales Functional Consultant Associate
Mandate: Looking for some one who can join with us on immediate basis or within 10 to 15 days max.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information Technology
