Experience & Qualifications:

1- 3 years of prior experience in asset management, investment analysis, financial modeling, or strategic finance within a leading organization

MBA (Finance - 2 year full time) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise (preferred)

Strong report-writing capabilities

Core Competencies & Skills:

Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities

High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving

Strong business acumen with an understanding of commercial drivers

Key Responsibilities:

  1. As an Analyst – Asset Management, you will play a key role in supporting the asset management team in driving strategic and operational performance of the portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
  2. Assisting in the preparation and presentation of the Annual Business Plan, including revenue and expense forecasts for senior management
  3. Monitoring performance against business plans and preparing variance analyses
  4. Updating Argus models quarterly to reflect approved forecasts and assumptions
  5. Supporting financial modeling activities, including deal model updates, actuals tracking, and forecasting projected returns
  6. Assessing and presenting the financial impact of leasing decisions, capital expenditure planning, and financing scenarios
  7. Preparing quarterly portfolio performance reviews and other key management reports
  8. Compiling monthly MIS reports for management discussions and decision-making
  9. Conducting DCF analysis to support capital call processes
  10. Managing the coordination of external valuation exercises and acting as a liaison with valuation partners
  11. Addressing investor queries and supporting the preparation of investor-specific reports
  12. Conducting feasibility analysis and validating assumptions for potential asset acquisitions
  13. Collaborating closely with internal teams including finance, leasing, facilities management, marketing, projects, legal, and corporate affairs to ensure alignment across business objectives
